This role is entry level and supports the execution and fulfillment side of contracts after terms have already been negotiated and approved. This is not a legal drafting position. You will not create or modify legal language.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Entering finalized contract data into internal systems
• Cross checking contract details between processes and internal dashboards
• Verifying information
• Uploading and organizing executed agreements in the system
• Tracking contract status from signed to operational launch
• Monitoring key execution milestones and flagging discrepancies
• Confirming required documentation is complete before activation
• Supporting reporting accuracy by reconciling contract data across platforms
• Assisting operations with clean system handoffs to finance, marketing and client success
• Maintaining structured digital filing standards
This position is execution focused. Attention to detail and consistency are critical.
Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and data systems daily
• Basic understanding of how to use various platforms preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow structured processes without deviation
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in numbers or documentation
• Clear written communication skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive but accuracy critical tasks
• Entry level candidates encouraged to apply
• Basic sports knowledge strongly preferred but not required
• Contracts are entered accurately with zero discrepancies
• No revenue share or service category errors
• Systems reflect the exact approved agreement terms
• Clean handoffs to internal departments
• No missing documentation at launch
